By using Parko, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

You may use Parko for personal, lawful use.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break it, or use it illegally.

Parko relies on GPS and map services. Location accuracy can vary and is not guaranteed.

Anything you add (notes/photos) is your responsibility. Only add content you have the right to use.

Premium purchases/subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store).

Subscription management (including showing entitlement status) may use RevenueCat.

Refunds and billing are handled under Apple’s App Store policies.

Parko is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Parko is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.

These terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
